瘦身日记_Week 5 Day 1
一个月过去了,但体重还是没下降。好友说因为年纪大了,新陈代谢慢了,所以只靠控制饮食是不会见效的,必须靠运动。看来真的别无选择了。要养成运动的习惯了。
午餐:卤面,啤酒排骨和炒菜,外加一杯amberra酸梅
晚餐:酸辣汤火锅,巧克力蛋糕和葡式蛋挞,椰水和Malibu凤梨汁调酒
